At Curated Luxe, most products are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All orders are produced individually and may involve custom materials, colors, sizes, hardware selections, and handcrafted finishing processes.
For this reason, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference
• Color preference
• Custom or personalized orders
Order Modifications
Customers may request modifications to their order within 24 hours of purchase.
This includes changes to:
• Color selection
• Size selection
• Hardware options
• Shipping information
• Contact information
After 24 hours, production preparation may have already begun and modifications may no longer be possible.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible if changes are required.
Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
